Worship is the heart of our community; it’s what brings us together each Sunday, and it’s what gives us strength for the week ahead. In worship we raise our voices in songs of praise and prayers of hope. We listen for God’s word in scripture and proclamation. We celebrate how God is moving in our midst and calling us forward in our lives. There’s a place for you in worship at Laurelton; come check it out. We worship every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome in worship and at the Lord’s table. Sunday School takes place during worship on the second and third Sundays of each month, beginning after the Children’s Story and before the sermon and extending to the end of the service.
Visitors are always welcome at Laurelton, and visiting is the best way to learn about this community. Come dressed comfortably to hear God’s good news and enjoy great music and warm fellowship. After worship there is a chance to share a cup of coffee and some goodies and to get to know each other better. Come join in worship of the God who loves each one of us deeply.
Our music program is one of our greatest strengths and enriches our worship beautifully. Alan Murphy is our accompanist and choir director. Please speak with Alan or a choir member if you’re interested in joining our music ministry.
